Character parties are the most popular package Kaleidoscope offers: not only are you getting some awesome entertainment, but larger-than-life family memories.
If you’re having a huge event (read: more than 100 guests looking for entertainment) Kaleidoscope has a few ways we can speed up your lines!
Let your guests grab-and-go a fast design, or stay-for-the-pro if they’re willing to wait!
Just hire two or four artists (depending on your event size): one to crank out tiny designs for wiggly toddlers or on-the-go parents, and a second to take their time on more elaborate designs.
Meghan B has been a member of the Kaleidoscope-Crew since March 2016 and is one of our most-talented balloon twisters who doubles as a face painter, based in Southern CT but currently traveling all over New England for parties that want the best balloon twister around.
Victoria D is a face painter and balloon twister from Westfield MA and a real-life cartoon character. Tough as a superhero, goofy as a cartoon, and as pretty as a princess, Victoria is one of our most versatile performers. With a background in performing for fun in high school and professionally as a character at Six Flags, Victoria took up face painting and balloon twisting without skipping a beat. Because of this, Victoria is often our go-to for any princesses-and-art combo packages, as well as our main MA mascot character.
After traveling all the way from the second star to the right and then traveling straight till morning, fairies have arrived at Kaleidoscope Art & Entertainment. Dressed up in fun and dreamlike dresses fairies will sure be a hit at your next fairy themed event. Just like all our princesses, our fairies are all trained in either child care or the performing arts. Plus, our fairies have received further fairy training, teaching them how to flutter just the perfect way and how to use pixie dust properly in order to make sure your fairy party is perfect.
Many parents booking face painters or balloon twisters in CT, MA, and RI are booking party entertainment for the first time, and aren’t sure what questions they should be asking! We’ve done over a thousand birthday parties, so we know exactly what questions to ask any company–no matter who is doing your entertainment.
Arg! Because pirate birthday party themes are growing ever-popular, we’ve introduced a fun upgrade for any package: pirate entertainers! Our pirates come all the way from Princess Party Perfect and are trained actors and actresses who can come in-character for any of the following activities:
How do you entertain a teen who is not having any of it right now?
How do you convince a 12 year old who secretly wants to get their face painted that it’s okay?
And what do you even do for a 13th birthday?
If you’ve spoken to us on the phone or via email, odds are you’ve spoken with Jessica G! Jessica is our resident customer-service-everything and works with all of our clients to book their parties and help with everything following up to their events. She’s also one of our favorite temporary tattoo artists!
Unique entertainment is our specialty–but what do you do when your kids get too old for traditional face painting and balloon twisting? In the hundreds of parties our face painters and balloon twisters have performed at, we’ve noticed after age 10 or so parents tend to forego entertainment since the kids are less interested, which can often lead to a pack of excited tweens tearing up their house with not much else to do!
